Frequently Asked Questions

Ark does not accept drop offs or pick-ups at this moment in time. We are located on the ground floor and are custodians to a lot of client’s assets and valuables. It is best only our staff access our sites. We are looking into a higher-level office building in the coming year and will consider drop offs/pick-ups then.

Ark picks up parcels once per week. Tracking will generally show QV collection rooms (or similar). It is normal to have your orders await collection at the PO BOX. After pick up, it may take staff another 24-48 hours to update your order status. Your turnaround time is back dated to the day of arrival at the PO BOX.

Ark does not accept metal Pokemon cards. We are working on a case specifically designed to safely house these cards without the use of sleeves.

In general, ARK GRADING accepts most TCGs and sports cards of standard size and thickness. We will be providing an update to the website to have a comprehensive list. You are welcome to ask individual questions or send us pictures of what is in question and we will respond to them via support. The general accepted list: Pokemon TCG: all languages including niche sets such as: Carddass, Sealdass. We do not accept oversized cards that are taller than 88mm. Yugioh: All languages, standard sizes. Digimon/Metazoo/Flesh and Blood/Dragon Ball Super/Super Dragon Ball Heroes/One Piece/Akora/Blight Breed AFL select/other standard AFL cards Sports: Panini/TOPPS/UPPER DECK – NBA, Soccer, Cricket, Tennis, Wrestling and more. We do NOT accept patch cards (or thick cards above 55pt) We accept signature cards that come stock (signed pulled from booster such as Panini guaranteed signatures). We do not accept after-market signatures on any cards. They will only receive an Authentic-altered label (no numerical grade) if the cards are marked in any way. We do not currently accept Booster Packs for grading.

We accept Stripe (Credit Card payments) for orders under $1500 and Australian Bank Deposit for all order values.

The postage cost at checkout is the cost of shipping your order from Ark once grading is complete back to you. You are responsible for postage to our mailing address. We recommend tracked, signature and insured postage by Auspost.
